Knowing that its students aspire to continue their education at some of the top universities in the world, International School Savremena decided to provide them with additional information regarding their options and enrolment requirements.
This is why on Monday, 27 November, International School Savremena welcomed a special guest, Ms Sandra Schneider, who came on behalf of Webster University from Austria to present this school and the great opportunities it provides.
During the presentation, the students learnt about Webster University programmes and had many questions about the requirements for enrolling at this Austrian university.
Afterwards, Savremena’s students in Year 12 and Year 13, who have set their goals very high, were eager to discuss with Ms Schneider the benefits of continuing their education abroad, and the prospects for excellent jobs in their field of interest.
A school with a tradition
Webster University is an American university founded in the USA in 1915, while its Viennese branch, Webster Vienna Private University, opened in 1981 and is accredited in both the USA and Austria. Webster Vienna offers seven undergraduate programmes in: Business Administration, International Relations, Media Communications, Psychology, Management, International Business, and Marketing.
International School Savremena is honoured to have such ambitious students who are going to make both the school and the teachers proud by continuing their education at the most prestigious universities in the world. Savremena hopes that they will have many chances to show that their modern, future-ready secondary school did an excellent job in preparing them for university challenges.
