International School recently marked Mental Health Week with a series of engaging workshops led by our dedicated Student Council members. These workshops, designed for students from the Lower Secondary program and Year 10, focused on the importance of mental health and its role in overall well-being. Topics such as anxiety and strategies for overcoming it were also explored, offering students valuable tools to manage their emotions and stress.
Support for a balanced and healthy life for students
We understand that mental health is just as crucial as physical health, especially for children navigating the challenges of growing up. Our school is committed to creating an environment where students not only succeed academically but also feel supported emotionally.
By fostering open conversations about mental health, we aim to empower our students to prioritize their well-being and provide them with the knowledge and resources they need to lead balanced, healthy lives. The well-being of our students is at the core of everything we do, and we will continue to promote the importance of mental health within our school community.
