What does the Cambridge Distance Learning Programme look like?

In addition to traditional classroom teaching, we have provided students at International School with the opportunity to attend classes online through a unique Distance Learning platform. All you need is an internet connection and a computer or mobile device. Students can do all the exercises, listen, watch, read and revise the lessons with 24/7 access to materials and full support from teachers and mentors. They have video recordings, audio recordings, interactive tests, contact with other students and much more.

The Distance Learning System used at International School has been developed for over 20 years. By studying remotely, students receive the same quality of knowledge and skills as if they were learning from a classroom. The qualifications and diplomas are equally recognised and open doors to the most prestigious universities worldwide for your child.

Which Cambridge subjects
can you take within the online education


International School offers you the opportunity to obtain two Cambridge International qualifications for secondary school – Upper Secondary (IGCSE subjects) and Advanced Level (A Level subjects).

While IGCSE subjects are designed for students aged 14 to 16 to provide them with a broader secondary education, Advanced Level subjects are designed as a pre-university programme for students aged 16 to 19 with the aim of preparing them for specific study programmes. Each curriculum lasts for two academic years.

The tuition fee for one academic year includes 7 subjects in the IGCSE curriculum and 3 subjects, including AS Global Perspectives, in the A Level curriculum. Additional subjects can be chosen at a cost of 800 EUR per subject.
