Year 12 and Year 13 Digital Media and Design students, accompanied by their teachers Ms Lora Mitić and Mr Milić Vukojičić, visited the gallery “Grafički kolektiv” and had an opportunity to see a unique exhibition of ten “arthouse” video games by authors from the Netherlands, Germany, South Africa, France, Denmark, Canada and the USA. The exhibiiton is a part of “Playing Narratives” programme.
Unique opportunity to learn about a new dimension of video games
The exhibition is a part of the “A MAZE. / Berlin” festival that focuses on artistic games, game culture and playful media. “A MAZE. / Berlin” represents and celebrates the new wave of arthouse games and virtual reality, as well as all playful media culture outside the mainstream.
This was a unique opportunity for International School students to get familiar with a new dimension of video games, which is not aimed at commercial success but at exploring the limits of creativity and the media itself.
