School stories

This past weekend International School hosted another successful Open Day, which attracted a large number of interested parents and prospective students. The turnout exceeded expectations, and the atmosphere was lively, engaging, and full of meaningful questions.

Although the presentation was originally planned to last around 20 minutes, it naturally extended to over an hour – clearly reflecting how eager visitors were to learn more about the school’s unique approach to education.

Key topics that captured parents’ attention included:

-the digital learning platform (DL platform);
-access to student grades and progress tracking;
-subject selection options;
-the strength and global recognition of the final diploma.

Parents were particularly intrigued to learn that there are no traditional shifts or class groups at International School. Instead, each student receives a personalized schedule, carefully tailored to their needs, interests, and goals.

One of the aspects that left the strongest impression on our visitors was the school’s individualized approach. Rather than being placed in fixed classrooms, students are grouped by generation, and their school timetable is created individually for each student.

The mentorship programme, which ensures every student is assigned a dedicated mentor for regular one-on-one guidance and support, also resonated strongly with the attending parents. Focus is on student growth, academic success, and maintaining positive collaboration with all families, regardless of background.

International School is built on the core values of academic excellence, open communication, personal responsibility, and individual development.
