The 18th International Conference on Strategic Management – IMCSM22 was held on May 28 and 29. Scientific researchers and teachers from the LINK edu Alliance, as well as the Principal of International School, Zorana Živanović, presented two scientific papers written as part of the international projects organized by the LINK edu Alliance.
The first paper – prepared by the LINK edu Alliance researchers and teachers from the Faculty of Contemporary Arts, Institute for Contemporary Education, and the Information Technology School, Valentin Kuleto, Milena Ilić, Nina Stojanović, Dinu Daniel Gabriel and Larisa Mihoreanu – is entitled: Erasmus+ Projects in Serbian Educational Institutions: LINK Educational Alliance Case Study.
Successful cooperation between Erasmus and LINK edu Alliance
The paper addresses the progress of students and teachers that occurs as a result of the cooperation between Erasmus and educational institutions in Serbia on the example of the LINK edu Alliance as a case study.
It was observed that mobile students are less likely to be unemployed.
The positive results of the cooperation between educational institutions in Serbia, especially LINK edu Alliance, which includes International School, and Erasmus are, among other things, reflected in strengthening social cohesion, large number of innovations introduced by both teachers and students, and raising awareness of a shared European identity and active citizenship.
Automation for teacher professional development and higher quality of teacher
The second paper – prepared by LINK edu Alliance researchers and teachers from the Faculty of Contemporary Arts, Information Technology School and International School, Valentin Kuleto, Milena Ilić, Zorana Živanović, Rocsana Bucea-Manea-Țoniş and Dan Păun – is entitled: Working Activity Composition for K-12 Teachers in LINK Educational Alliance, Exploratory Research regarding Observed Teacher’s Workload and Projected Distribution.
The scientific paper is the result of a survey organized by the LINK edu Alliance earlier this year as part of the project K-12 Teacher Working Hours Activity Composition and AI-based Improvement Possibilities.
The paper emphasizes the need for good organization of teachers’ activities during working hours, which requires relieving teachers of certain obligations of technical and clerical nature, which take up a lot of time, and prevent teachers from filling their working hours with desired activities and achieving professional advancement.
The study led the researchers to the conclusion that artificial intelligence has significant potential in relieving teachers of certain obligations, and that it could significantly contribute to reducing the gap between teachers’ plans for quality working hours, and their realization.
