Computer Science and Robotics Teacher, Maja Milosavljevic, completed basic and master’s academic studies at the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Belgrade, and IT Bootcamp at Divac Foundation, and was an alumni at Stanford University’s online Python programme. She gained professional training and experience in several Belgrade schools.
Maja is the author and moderator of the seminar “Escape Classroom – a universal teaching method for encouraging active learning”, a multi-awarded program for the professional development of educators and an associate of the Educational and Creative Center.
Volunteered within programme “BG praksa” for Secretariat for Sport and Youth during 2014.
She was a lecturer at the summit called “IMOvators”, representative of the Balkans at the World Education Summit and Mensa’s conference on gifted students in Serbia. She is also an educational consultant in the company “QAcademy”.
In working with children, she tries to develop independence, creativity, logical and critical thinking, as well as assertive communication skills, team spirit and sportsmanship.
Loves to travel, read books, do some arts & crafts, dance Zumba, spend time with her family, animals and friends.
